Job summary

Hamrick's is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Associate to enter, review, and maintain accounting data in NetSuite and Excel. This role supports the Accounting Department by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, reviewing discrepancies, and preparing reports in support of Hamrick’s retail, wholesale, distribution, and e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computerized accounting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accounting data in NetSuite.
• Process invoices, credits, adjustments, and other records.
• Verify data against invoices and reports for accuracy.
• Identify and correct discrepancies and errors.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets with financial data.
• Prepare routine financial reports and schedules.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
• Support data integrity and internal controls.
