Job summary

Intapp is seeking a NetSuite Product Specialist who will own solutions end-to-end from discovery to go-live. The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder partnership, while also building and deploying NetSuite customizations, workflows, and scripts within our CI/CD framework.

You will lead business analysis, UAT, and backlog prioritization, while also contributing to development tasks and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Ops, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite experience in a functional/business analyst role.
• Proficient in SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled).
• Familiar with SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder for workflow builds.
• Understanding of CI/CD in NetSuite: sandbox/test/production, SDF, version control (Git).
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience running fit-gap analysis and coordinating UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering across Finance, Ops and stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and process docs.
• Run fit-gap analysis comparing native NetSuite, SuiteApp and custom builds.
• Lead UAT planning, execution and sign-off with stakeholders.
• Maintain backlog and prioritize by business impact.
• Document current and future state processes.
• Be primary point of contact for NetSuite questions.
• Build routine customizations and scripts as needed.
• Deploy changes via CI/CD: sandbox → test → production with SDF and Git.
• Collaborate in code reviews and escalation for complex builds.
