Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, saved searches, custom records and reporting.
• Experience with manufacturing processes: BOMs, inventory, work orders, costing.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive enhancements end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the NetSuite ERP environment, administering, configuring and improving the system.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows, scripts and automations using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript 2.x.
• Support NetSuite manufacturing functions: BOMs, inventory, work orders, costing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual workloads.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues, integrations and data challenges.
• Manage integrations between NetSuite and other critical apps.
• Improve reporting, saved searches and dashboards for data visibility.
• Support warehouse/shop-floor operations and data integrity.
• Maintain security, permissions and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Coordinate with external NetSuite partners and consultants.
