Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure, Inc. in Rosemont, IL seeks an IT Manager, NetSuite and Service Operations to own NetSuite and the technology that runs field and customer service operations.

You will act as the functional and technical owner across finance, order-to-cash, procurement, inventory, and service, translating pain into backlogs and driving a roadmap. You will lead a small team, manage integrations, and coordinate with finance, service operations, and branch leadership to stabilize multi-entity

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise applications experience.
• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration or configuration.
• 2+ years leading people, contractors, or a blended delivery team.
• Experience with NetSuite integration and SuiteScript.
• Knowledge of field service operations and work order lifecycle.
• Experience supporting acquisitions or system consolidation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to service branches.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite as the functional and technical owner.
• Manage NetSuite release calendar and upgrade impact with business owners.
• Maintain integrations with CRM, field service, dispatch, billing and reporting platforms.
• Own the application stack for service operations, scheduling, and billing.
• Define and report operational metrics with reliable data support.
• Run application support with SLAs and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation and end-user training materials.
• Lead merger/acquisition technical integration from due diligence to cutover.
• Plan migrations of acquired entities to the standard platform.
• Lead a small team of analysts and admins; manage capacity and vendors.
• Ensure change control, access reviews, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with Americas IT Leadership on global standards.
