Job summary

EOS Energy Enterprises seeks a Materials Administrator to manage project material flow, coordinate procurement, and ensure accurate records. You will interface with field teams, warehouses, and production to minimize disruptions and support timely project execution.

The role requires an associate degree, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills. Local travel is minimal; a collaborative team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for project teams, coordinating material requests.
• Track inventory movement and material availability across locations.
• Perform inventory transactions in NetSuite (receiving, transfers, adjustments, cycles).
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement, staging, packaging, shipping and delivery of materials.
