Job description

Location: Remote (preferably Eastern or Central Time Zone)

20-25hrs/week

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant to assist with the migration of our warehouse ERP system to NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end migration from the current warehouse ERP to NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems.
• Configure and fine-tune NetSuite’s Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules to align with operational and strategic goals.
• Evaluate current workflows and data structures, offering recommendations to enhance process efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather requirements and architect tailored NetSuite solutions.
• Perform data mapping, oversee data migration activities, and execute system testing to validate accuracy and functionality.
• Deliver comprehensive user training and provide ongoing support to facilitate successful system adoption post-migration.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with NetSuite best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in NetSuite’s Manufacturing and Warehouse Management modules.
• Proven track record in leading ERP system migrations within manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing workflows, supply chain operations, and inventory management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and training end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
