Job summary

Aprés Nail seeks a NetSuite Item Master & Product Data Analyst to own the complete Item Master lifecycle, govern product data, and partner with Sales, E-commerce, Finance, and Operations. You will drive data integrity across NetSuite, WMS, and Shopify, manage BOMs and DG classifications, and collaborate with Regulatory and IT to scale data infrastructure.

You will combine NetSuite expertise with strong attention to detail and program management to ensure accurate, scalable product information

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Item Master data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product data and Item Master management in NetSuite across brands.
• Define SKU lifecycles, classifications, and attributes; ensure data quality.
• Support BOMs, ECOs, and product lifecycle governance.
• Coordinate data synchronization between NetSuite, WMS, and Shopify.
• Ensure DG classification and compliance of shippable items.
• Partner with Sales, E-commerce, Finance, Ops, and IT on data programs.
