Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Manufacturing & Supply Chain Lead to configure and deliver NetSuite solutions for manufacturing, PO, and order management. The role collaborates with client Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement while coordinating offshore delivery to meet milestones.

The candidate will lead workshops, drive design decisions, and oversee data migration and testing activities across manufacturing & supply chain work streams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle NetSuite functional experience with manufacturing & SCM focus.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Manufacturing: Work Orders, BOM, Routings, WIP, MRP.
• 3+ years experience with NetSuite Purchase Order module: requisitions, vendor mgmt, PO approvals, receipts, landed costs.
• 3+ years experience with NetSuite Order Management: sales orders, fulfillment, returns/RMA, drop shipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onshore functional lead for NetSuite Manufacturing & SCM.
• Gather requirements and drive configuration decisions with Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams.
• Configure and support core NetSuite Manufacturing modules (WO, BOM, Routings, MRP, WIP).
• Set up and configure PO module including requisitions, vendor mgmt, approvals, and landed costs.
• Configure Order Management and Inventory Management including multi-location stock and bin mgmt.
• Lead workshops, UAT sessions, and runbooks for Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse.
• Coordinate offshore team tasks and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Lead data migrations for item masters, BOMs, vendors, and orders.
• Develop test scripts and lead SIT/UAT phases and end-user training.
