Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant with NetSuite implementation expertise for a consulting engagement. The role centers on configuring NetSuite, collaborating with the accounting team, and optimizing workflows to support timely financial close.

The ideal candidate has hands-on GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close experience, plus strong communication skills for effective training and user guidance in a project-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong accounting background with hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Previous NetSuite implementation experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, workflows, reporting, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Comfortable working independently in a consulting/project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of NetSuite.
• Work closely with the accounting/finance team to understand current processes and identify improvements.
• Assist with data migration, system setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Help build and improve accounting workflows and processes within NetSuite.
• Support the integration of NetSuite into day-to-day accounting operations.
• Provide guidance and training to internal users as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reporting through the system.
