Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant who can lead solution design, functional consulting, implementation, customization, and integration initiatives across key NetSuite business processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Inventory, Billing, Order Management, Purchasing, Costing, Accounts Receivable, SuiteCommerce, and SuiteScript/Suitelet.

The role requires someone who can understand complex business requirements, translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions, and work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant and Solution Architect for business and technology teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions across Inventory, OM, Billing, PO, Costing, AR, and related business processes.
• Lead functional workshops, requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution discussions.
• Configure NetSuite modules and develop functional specifications for customizations.
• Work closely with technical developers on SuiteScript, Suitelets, workflows, integrations, and customizations.
• Review existing NetSuite configurations and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions follow NetSuite best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Support integrations between NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, and external systems.
• Prepare solution designs, functional specifications, process flows, and technical/functional documentation.
• Perform impact analysis for enhancements and changes across multiple NetSuite modules.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Mentor functional consultants and developers and provide technical/functional leadership.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Strong functional knowledge of Inventory, Billing, Order Management, Purchasing/PO, Costing, and AR.
• Good understanding of SuiteCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x/2.1 and Suitelet development.
