Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize and support our NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and related platforms. You will partner with Accounting, Order to Cash, Tax, and other teams to improve processes, configurations, and integrations, ensuring financial data integrity and scalable systems.

This role emphasizes hands-on NetSuite administration, complex troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with SuiteBilling, AR M, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integrations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, access control, security practices.
• Ability to design and communicate reports clearly.
• Strong analytical, change and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and NetSuite ERP administrator.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams.
• Provide internal system support on availability and performance.
• Evaluate issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit.
