Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our financial systems. You will manage NetSuite configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and integrations.

You will also work with platforms like Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more to expand our financial ecosystem. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and supporting internal controls.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes in NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integration issues.
• Knowledge of security, access controls, and internal controls within ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Contribute to implementation and integration projects across teams to refine roles, permissions and controls.
• Provide internal support on system issues including availability and performance.
• Evaluate issues, identify alternatives and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
