Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our financial systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more. You will be the go-to expert for configurations, integrations, and process improvements across Finance and IT teams.

You will drive efficient order-to-cash workflows, ensure data integrity, and design reports for management and audits. This role offers growth in a fast-paced tech environment with enterprise-grade platforms.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes in NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects refining user roles, permissions, and controls.
• Provide internal support for system issues including availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate system issues and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
