WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for Financial Systems to optimize and support NetSuite and related platforms. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and integrations across Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, Mulesoft, Workday, and Salesforce.

You will work with the Financial Systems team on ERP-related initiatives, reporting, controls, and system performance, helping scale our global operations and financial reporting

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, ARM, etc.
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integrations.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, access control, compliance and security practices.
• Ability to design reports in a user-friendly manner.
• Understanding of internal controls and permissions.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate resolution across Accounting, Order to Cash, Tax, and other teams.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous learning.

Responsabilités

• Serve as domain specialist and NetSuite ERP admin.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine roles and controls.
• Provide internal support on system availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate issues and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit.
