Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize our NetSuite ERP and related platforms (Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia). You will partner with finance, operations and IT to ensure accurate financial data and scalable processes across the business.

You will configure and administer NetSuite, troubleshoot issues, drive integrations, and design reports for management and audits. The role requires 2–3+ years of NetSuite administration, familiarity with SuiteBilling, Fixed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite with 2-3+ years professional administration experience.
• Familiarity with various NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), etc.
• Experience in developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience of complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles, including advanced troubleshooting of multi-system integration bottlenecks, subscription billing edge cases, and revenue recognition alignment.
• Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, user access control, compliance and security practices.
• Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.

• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes.

The Day to Day
