Sport Alliance seeks an ERP Finance Systems Specialist (NetSuite) to build the Finance NetSuite capability across 15 subsidiaries and lead the implementation of automation and data integration. You will work as an in-house consultant, guiding accountants, conducting workshops, and delivering sprints to improve financial processes.

• 2-3 years in ERP consultancy or finance-focused implementation.
• Fluent business English (C1).
• Hands-on ERP configuration in NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of month-end close and audits; basic knowledge of applicable GAAP.
• Tech mindset and willingness to work with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Take NetSuite setup across 15 subsidiaries and drive improvements.
• Extend NetSuite automations: workflows, scripts, forms, roles, saved searches and reports, leveraging AI tools.
• Serve as in-house consultant for Finance; run workshops and deliver in focused sprints.
• Ensure quality of month-end/year-end close with traceable journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support audits and client-side system audits with evidence and follow-up on findings.
• Improve interfaces to Salesforce, Payhawk, and Workday Adaptive; manage data handover to downstream systems.
