Job summary

XCaliber Container, LLC in Graham or Rhome, TX is seeking a Manufacturing ERP / NetSuite Analyst to drive NetSuite implementation and ongoing optimization in our manufacturing operations. You will focus on data quality, BOMs, routings, and shop-floor transactions, partnering with Operations and Finance.

The role requires hands-on ERP work, data governance, and reporting, with exposure to NetSuite Manufacturing Mobile and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, item masters, BOMs, routings, and work orders.
• Strong data management and analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate processes into standardized ERP practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite manufacturing functionality.
• Develop, test, implement, and maintain BOMs, BOM revisions, routings, and work centers.
• Maintain item masters, units of measure, and manufacturing lead times.
• Provide manufacturing data governance, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Train users and support cross-functional teams in ERP processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, and external NetSuite resources.
