Job summary

Zehnder Group North America is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the client side of a manufacturing-focused NetSuite implementation. This contract opportunity requires guiding internal teams, partners and vendors through go-live with a strong governance framework.

The role demands 8+ years of project/ program management, and proven ability to deliver through multiple ERP workstreams in a manufacturing setting. Hybrid or remote work with Buffalo-area presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Lead client-side ERP implementations through go-live.
• Strong governance, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrated project plan, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish project governance, RAID logs, action tracking, and decisions.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear executive status reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
• Identify and manage risks, resource constraints, and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, defect tracking, and readiness.
• Lead cutover and go-live preparation.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Support transition from implementation to ongoing ownership.
