Job summary

Wonder's Chicago-based finance systems team seeks a NetSuite-focused ERP Specialist to configure, customize, and integrate NetSuite across multiple subsidiaries. You will work with JavaScript/SuiteScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration workflows to enable accurate financial reporting and automation.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Tech stakeholders to implement enhancements, support IPO readiness, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on NetSuite experience including configuration and admin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript customizations to support financial workflows
• Configure NetSuite environments across subsidiaries and roles/permissions
• Support ERP migrations and data loading, validation, and cutover activities
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and adjacent systems via APIs
• Write and troubleshoot SQL-based queries and saved searches for reporting and validation
