WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize our NetSuite ERP and related platforms. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and other teams to improve processes and reporting.

You'll work with Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, Mulesoft, and more, expanding your expertise while ensuring accuracy, security, and scalable solutions across the global business.

Formación

• 2–3+ years of professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Experience with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM).
• Experience developing custom solutions within NetSuite.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes; NetSuite configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with complex Order-to-Cash lifecycles and multi-system integration bottlenecks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Participate in implementation and integration projects with multiple teams to refine roles, permissions and controls.
• Provide internal support on system availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
