Job summary

WP Engine is seeking a NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems, to optimize our NetSuite ERP and related platforms. You will manage configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, integrations, and overall system performance.

You will work with platforms like Coupa, Avalara, Nexonia, and more, expanding your expertise beyond NetSuite. If you enjoy solving big problems and delivering scalable tech solutions, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years professional NetSuite administration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and Advanced Revenue Module (ARM).
• Experience developing custom NetSuite solutions.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business processes with NetSuite configurations.
• Hands‑on experience with complex Order‑to‑Cash lifecycles and multi‑system integration bottlenecks.
• Knowledge of internal controls, user permissions, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for NetSuite ERP to maximize efficiency & scalability.
• Lead implementation and integration projects with cross‑functional teams to refine user roles, permissions, and controls.
• Provide internal support on system availability and performance optimization.
• Evaluate issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.
• Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.
• Document requirements and design reports for management and audit purposes.
