Job summary

Reperio Human Capital is seeking a NetSuite Developer Lead to own the technical direction of the NetSuite environment. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, mentoring others while driving scalable solutions across the ERP platform.

The successful candidate will have a strong NetSuite development background, architecture knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in NetSuite ERP development.
Strong proficiency with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
Experience designing and supporting NetSuite integrations.
Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and customization best practices.
Experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and enhancement of custom NetSuite solutions.
Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.x customizations, scripts, and workflows.
Build and support integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi.
Optimize the NetSuite environment to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
Design and implement automation to reduce manual processes and increase operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
