Job summary

Systems Accountants is seeking an experienced US-based NetSuite Developer to lead a major NetSuite implementation. This hands-on role will design, build, and optimize our NetSuite environment, establishing the technical foundation for our business systems.

You will own SuiteScript development, data migration, and integration with key applications such as HubSpot and HR/payroll platforms, while collaborating with Finance, IT, and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development/implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x/2.1 and NetSuite customization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite implementation from design through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript, workflows, forms, records, and integrations.
• Own the technical strategy and architecture for NetSuite integrations with key business apps.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
