Netsuite Business Systems Analyst / Administrator

Location: Hybrid - Sunnyvale, CA (2 days/week onsite)

LOA: 6 months+, Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in front-end functionalities, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, Fixed Assets, Leases, and Collateralization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance & operations to optimize and enhance NetSuite ERP solutions. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring NetSuite, troubleshooting issues, and supporting integrations to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Administration & Configuration
• Configure and optimize NetSuite to support supply chain, inventory management, fixed assets, and lease management.
• Manage front-end workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches for various business units.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, forms, and workflows within NetSuite.
• Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other business applications and third-party tools.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Management
• Work with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Optimize inventory tracking, demand planning, and order fulfillment in NetSuite.
• Identify and implement enhancements for supply chain efficiency and reporting.
• Fixed Assets & Lease Management
• Support fixed asset tracking, depreciation schedules, and lease accounting compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of leased vs. owned assets.
• Assist in configuring NetSuite Fixed Assets Management (FAM) modules.
• Work with finance teams to track and manage collateralized assets and lending agreements.
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards for collateralized loans and asset-backed securities.
• Business Analysis & Process Improvement
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional NetSuite solutions.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend automation improvements.
• Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite users across departments.
• Partner with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to drive system enhancements and process optimizations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst or Administrator.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, including supply chain, inventory, fixed assets, and lease management & collateralization.
• Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow.
• Hands-on experience in configuring dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage system enhancements.
