Responsabilités

• Собирать требования от отдела финансов, формулировать критерии приемки и писать детальные спецификации.
• Управлять бэклогом Jira и координировать работу с разработчиками, согласовывая приоритеты с менеджером.
• Настраивать пользовательские поля, записи, формы и рабочие процессы; создавать сохранённые запросы, отчёты и дашборды.
• Управлять пользователями, ролями и правами по дочерним компаниям, обеспечивая разделение обязанностей и аудит.
• Обрабатывать CSV-импорт и массовые обновления, поддерживая качество данных.
• Создавать и редактировать шаблоны PDF/HTML для счетов, кредит-ордеров и выписок.
• Тестировать настройки, интеграции и релизы NetSuite в песочнице, проводить UAT вместе с финансами и проверять проводку GL.
• Помогать пользователям, решать проблемы, документировать изменения и писать простые руководства.

We're looking for a NetSuite Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration and turn Finance team requests into clear requirements and system improvements. The role combines hands-on administration, business analysis and coordination with developers.

• Gather requirements from Finance, define acceptance criteria and write clear specifications, identifying what can be configured and what needs development.
• Manage the Jira backlog and coordinate delivery with developers, agreeing priorities with your manager.
• Configure custom fields, records, forms and SuiteFlow workflows; build saved searches, reports and dashboards.
• Manage users, roles and permissions across subsidiaries, supporting segregation of duties and audit readiness.
• Handle CSV imports and mass updates, maintaining data integrity and master data quality.
• Build and edit Advanced PDF/HTML templates for invoices, credit memos and statements.
• Test customizations, integrations and NetSuite releases in Sandbox, coordinate UAT with Finance, and validate financial transactions and GL impact.
• Support users, troubleshoot issues, document changes and write short user guides.

• Have experience administering ERP, CRM or other business systems, such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics or Odoo.
• Are comfortable configuring fields, forms, reports and workflows.
• Understand data models, record relationships and reference data.
• Can clarify stakeholder requests and write clear technical specifications.
• Please bring an example to the interview.
• Have basic HTML/CSS skills and feel comfortable editing templates, including using AI tools to write and review code.
• Have English at B2 level or above and a careful approach to testing and documentation.
• NetSuite experience or certification.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL or integrations.
• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis or project coordination.
