Qualifications

Responsibilities

Its platform helps teams reduce manual work and enter new markets. Sumsub serves over 4,000 clients across financial services, crypto, mobility, trading, marketplaces, education, and iGaming. Its Salesforce team builds and maintains a platform for the revenue organization, including its data model, automations, and internal tools, and is migrating the CSM team and post-sales processes onto the platform.

• Run sprint and release cycles, including planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and release coordination


• Unblock the team, keep work moving, and ensure delivery commitments are met


• Track team workload and capacity to support effective resource allocation and push back on new requests when needed


• Turn stakeholder requests into clear requirements by clarifying needs and context and preparing work for engineers and analysts


• Report on delivery, including completed work, delays and their causes, and notable trends

Требования:

• Have 3+ years of project or delivery management experience on a technical product or platform team, with ownership of a backlog rather than task administration


• Have a solid command of sprint and release practices; have personally run planning and grooming and know how to respond when a sprint is going off track


• Be able to clarify the underlying problem behind a stakeholder request and write requirements that need minimal clarification


• Be comfortable pushing back on senior stakeholders and explaining trade-offs


• Have structured written communication in English


• Prefer asynchronous work, using written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and shared documents before meetings


• Be familiar with sales processes and related tools, including CPQ, lead routing, sales enablement, and revenue reporting
