Job summary

California Hydronics Corp (CHC) is seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Administrator to lead system configuration, workflows, reporting, and process improvements in close partnership with cross-functional teams. You will serve as CHC's primary NetSuite SME, driving enhancements to support Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Sales.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration, strong Excel and SuiteAnalytics skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in IS/Accounting/Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business (or equivalent experience).
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite administration experience.

Responsibilities

• System Administration: manage users, roles, permissions, dashboards, security, access controls, and NetSuite config.
• Customization & Data: build custom records, fields, forms, and workflows using SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow; oversee CSV imports and data integrity.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop saved searches, SuiteAnalytics workbooks, reports, and KPI scorecards for multiple teams.
• Support & Upgrades: coordinate upgrades, sandbox testing, support cases, and end-user training.
• Integrations: support core workflows and integrations with CRM, payroll, 3PL, and eCommerce using SuiteTalk or middleware.
