Job summary

Fluent, LLC is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to oversee the NetSuite application daily, provisioning users, maintaining data, and coordinating with Accounting, Finance and Business Process Operations teams. The role also covers configurations, scripts, workflows, and UAT tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in NetSuite administration, experience with ticketing systems, and strong analytical and customer service skills. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a NetSuite Administration role.
• Experience using a ticketing system to respond to and track requests through resolution.
• Understanding of NetSuite integration to multiple systems and monitoring said integrations.
• Ability to translate end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
• Exposure to Accounting, CRM and Marketing business practices.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact for NetSuite.
• Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
• Monitoring end-user usage of systems; tracking performance and maintaining system documentation.
• Assisting in customization and creation of Scripts, Workflows, Forms, Fields and Custom Records.
• Managing system configuration including data migration decisions and User Acceptance testing tasks.
• Helping with access provisioning and audit related tasks such as UAR and SOD.
