Job summary

Myers-Holum seeks a NetSuite Administrator in Allen, TX to manage day-to-day NetSuite configuration, governance, and optimization across Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service, and eCommerce. You’ll handle user provisioning, reports, workflows, and integrations to ensure data quality and user enablement.

The role requires 2+ years of NetSuite experience, a related Bachelor’s degree, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite configuration: roles, permissions, fields, forms, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with ERP processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and order management.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and supporting ERP systems; strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• NetSuite configuration and daily administration across key modules.
• Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports for users and leadership.
• Manage user provisioning, roles, and access reviews.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with Shopify, NewStore, Korber WMS, Avalara, Narvar, and other systems.
• Support release management, testing, and production move processes.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and master data across systems.
• Provide front-line user support and training to drive platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations on reporting for period close and margins.
