Job summary

MonkeySports is seeking a NetSuite Administrator in Allen, Texas. You will manage day-to-day NetSuite configuration, security, and reporting while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Customer Service, and eCommerce to drive process improvements.

In this hands-on role, you will monitor integrations with Shopify and other systems, develop custom reports, and support deployments. A strong foundation in ERP processes and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a production environment.
Experience configuring NetSuite roles, permissions, custom fields, forms, workflows, and saved searches.
Understanding of ERP business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with technical and business users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administer NetSuite across Financials, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and related modules.
Create and maintain custom fields, forms, record types, and lists; build workflows with SuiteFlow.
Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions; support sandbox testing and deployments.
Develop reporting solutions: saved searches, KPIs, operational and executive reports; automate recurring reports.
Monitor integrations with Shopify, NewStore, banking/payments; troubleshoot errors and coordinate fixes.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to support inventory, sales, purchasing, and financial reporting.
