Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a high-impact Manager, Accounting Systems & Transformation to lead the evolution of our financial infrastructure. You will be the primary NetSuite administrator, driving automation and scale across the finance stack in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities include owning the systems strategy, optimizing NetSuite, and leading intercompany eliminations automation while ensuring data integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Accounting or FinTech operations.
• NetSuite admin-level expertise in a SaaS setup (ARM, multi-book).
• Experience with SaaS accounting challenges and ASC 606."
• Proven ERP implementation or automation project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategy for the accounting tech stack and close process automation.
• Lead NetSuite configurations, saved searches, and ARM enhancements.
• Drive intercompany eliminations automation and SaaS metric reporting with upstream integrations.
• Establish controls and governance with robust documentation for auditable processes.
