Job summary

POS360, Inc. in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the month-end close, manage multi-state tax compliance, and ensure GAAP-backed financial records. You will lead a accounting team, work with cross-functional partners, and support audits while improving processes.

The role requires deep NetSuite experience and the discipline to manage multiple deadlines. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 annually and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience; GL, journal entries, reporting, taxes.
• Experience with multi-state sales and use tax filings and registrations.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls; ASC606/ASC842.
• Excellent organization and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process and maintain close calendar.
• Prepare reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries in NetSuite.
• Manage monthly sales/use tax filings across states.
• Lead process improvements, ERP optimization, and audits.
• Supervise accounting staff and mentor team.
