You will decode digital culture, break down briefs, and build connected brand experiences that resonate locally. A strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in creative, digital, or brand strategy.
• Proven track record at a creative agency or specialist digital/social shop.
• Strong foundation in brand strategy principles, social media ecosystems, and modern digital marketing.
• Great narrative skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Cultural curiosity across global trends and local Dutch scene; familiarity with Dutch TikTok and group chats.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear, compelling strategy briefs grounded in research and cultural trends.
• Partner with creative and production teams to guide concepts from strategy to execution.
• Map consumer journeys and campaign ecosystems across digital and social touchpoints.
• Analyse campaign performance, consumer feedback, and social data to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with Strategy Director to support local and regional client presentations.
• Leverage agency AI workflows and tools to optimise research and output.
