Qualifications

• Strong architectural design and technical skills in BIM and architecture.
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and delivery in PM context.
• Knowledge of LEED and sustainable design practices.
• Ability to manage and review construction documentation processes with consultants.
• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction documentation and completion.
• Produce detailed drawings and BIM models; coordinate with engineers and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and workflows; align with sustainability goals and net-zero design standards.
• Communicate with clients, participate in design meetings, review technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm standards.
