Job summary

AIA Honolulu is seeking an ambitious architect to join our Honolulu office. You will engage in all phases from schematic design to construction and lead teams on diverse, high‑profile projects.

We offer direct mentorship, rapid growth, and a collaborative environment that rewards initiative and creativity. Must have Revit, Excel, and an accredited architecture degree, with at least 3 years of experience.

• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Excel.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Currently living on Oahu.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of architectural design from schematic through construction.
• Lead a team and consultants from concept through project completion.
• Prepare permit-ready sets for local jurisdictional authorities.
• Provide drafting and document preparation tasks for residential and commercial construction.
• Prepare graphics for project proposals.

Requirements:

Accredited architectural degree
