Hawaii Off-Grid Architecture and Engineering Employer in Haiku, Hawaii is seeking a Licensed Architectural Designer to join our in-house design team. The role focuses on sustainable, off-grid design with a strong emphasis on collaboration across the design and operations teams.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in a professional office, proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3D modeling, and a willingness to relocate to the US for an on-site position. Compensation is $80k–$95k annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a professional office setting.
• Full-Time (40 hours/week) and in person position in Haiku, HI.
• Experience with ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Rhino, and 3D modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal and design team on diverse projects.
• Develop sustainable, net-zero / off-grid architectural solutions.
• Lead design development through modeling and documentation.
