Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director of Net Revenue to lead enterprise strategies for net patient service revenue estimation, accounts receivable valuation, and related reporting across hospitals and physician organizations. You will guide monthly closes, forecasting, budgeting, and provide strategic guidance to executives on payer performance and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA, CHFP, or another relevant credential preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive healthcare finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise strategy, standards, and governance for net revenue across hospitals and physician organizations.
• Lead the monthly and annual net revenue close with strong controls and documentation.
• Direct development of net revenue forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans; translate trends into actionable insight.
• Advise finance and operational leaders on material risks, opportunities, and accounting judgments.
• Establish GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and audit-ready reporting processes.
• Oversee payer contract modeling and revenue analytics to evaluate changes and impact.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify revenue leakage and variances.
• Design and optimize net revenue systems, governance, and data integrity.
