Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with managers or enterprise teams.
• Experience leading net revenue estimation, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience standardizing methodologies across multiple entities.
• Experience advising senior leaders and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy and governance for net revenue and related reserves.
• Lead the monthly and annual net revenue close with strong controls.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans; explain variances.
• Advise finance leaders on risks, actions, and corrective steps.
• Oversee GAAP-compliant revenue recognition and audit readiness.
• Lead design and optimization of revenue analytics and systems.
