Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks a senior IAM/NET/C# specialist to design and implement secure identity solutions across enterprise apps. You will plan, configure, and integrate Entra ID, SSO (OAuth 2.0/OpenID/SAML), and hybrid cloud architectures, collaborating with developers and PMs on large-scale projects.

Experience with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and SaaS integrations is required, along with strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specs, tests).
• 7+ years of experience testing complex applications, reports, or dashboards.
• 7+ years of experience developing in .NET and C#.
• 4+ years of experience in PL/SQL or T-SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in MVC.
• 2+ years of experience in HTML5.
• IAM design and implementation using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• SSO planning and integration via OAuth/OpenID/SAML across apps.
• Enterprise integration with Microsoft Entra, Azure services, and SaaS apps.
• Strong architecture skills for hybrid and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of MFA, conditional access, zero-trust principles.
• Ability to work with Developers and Project Managers on large projects.
• Experience in state government projects (Education context preferred).

Responsibilities

Work Authorization:

• Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience developing web applications.
• Minimum 7 years of experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM): Expertise in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Single Sign-On (SSO): Proven ability to plan, configure, and integrate SSO across diverse applications and platforms using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Application Integration: Skilled in integrating enterprise and customer-facing applications with Microsoft Entra for seamless identity federation and user experience.
• Solution Architecture: Strong background in creating scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for identity-driven solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Security Best Practices: Deep understanding of conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust principles for safeguarding applications and data.
• Development & Customization: Experience developing custom policies, user flows, and branding for Entra B2C to meet business and UX requirements.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Ability to integrate identity solutions with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and thirdparty SaaS applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to work with other Developers and Project Managers under the leadership of a Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale implementation projects.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations.
• Experience working in state government, specifically in the field of Education is preferred.
