Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation seeks an Application Architect—.NET & IAM—to design and deliver secure, scalable hybrid/cloud applications. Lead architecture for large systems, IAM with Entra ID (B2C/B2B), and SSO with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.

Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on government-focused projects, leveraging Azure and M365 integrations while applying Zero Trust, MFA, and conditional access best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specs, traceability, designs, tests).
• Provide architecture for large-scale, secure, scalable systems in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Architect IAM solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (B2C/B2B).
• Design and implement SSO with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Apply security best practices: MFA, conditional access, Zero Trust.
• Integrate apps with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders on large projects.
• Experience in state government environments (Education/Early Learning) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing artifacts).
• Provide application and solution architecture for large-scale, secure, and scalable systems in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, including B2C and B2B configurations.
• Design and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols.
• Apply security best practices, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate applications with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and third-party SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders on large-scale implementation projects with diverse requirements.
• Experience working in state government environments, particularly Education or Early Learning, is preferred.
