Touro University California is seeking a Nerve Conduction Study Technician to perform nerve conduction studies under physician supervision. You will prepare patients, record technical data, and maintain electrodiagnostic equipment to support efficient clinic operations.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, obtaining reliable recordings, and documenting study data, while ensuring safety, privacy, and adherence to clinic protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ideally, two years of experience performing nerve conduction studies or related neurodiagnostic testing.
• Knowledge of peripheral nerve anatomy and electrode placement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly and professionally.
• Position patients and ensure comfort during testing.
• Label, save, and manage waveforms and study data for physician review.
• Maintain and troubleshoot EMG/NCS equipment and supplies.
