Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned NERP Ops Manager to lead the order-to-cash process within the ecommerce division.

The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of technology-driven process improvements. You will oversee SAP master data, ensure seamless interface performance across SAP SD/LE and eCom platforms, and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, including DevOps and finance, to optimize the order-to-cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• MBA paired with a technical background is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP hands-on experience.
• Experience in process & SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end order-to-cash process in ecommerce, from ideation to implementation.
• Manage SAP master data for MM, SD interfaces and eCom expansions.
• Monitor SAP interfaces and resolve errors across SAP SD, LE and eCom platforms.
