Job summary

Innomotics is seeking an E-Commerce & Sales Support Lead for North America, based in Alpharetta, GA. You will manage WebShop maintenance, SAP Variant Configuration, and BOM customization to support quote accuracy and order execution.

Key duties include programming PMD tasks, ensuring data integrity across orders, and collaborating with Project Managers to adjust pricing and schedules. Requires 7–10 years in customer-focused roles and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years’ experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Programming, coding, and data analytics experience required.
• SAP, PMD, and Variant Configurator experience required.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• WebShop EOM and maintenance for quotations and sales.
• Programming and maintaining SAP Variant Configuration models.
• Create and maintain configurable super BOMs on SAP.
• Identify needs for new product configurator features based on requirements.
• Maintain the product configurator through upgrades and testing.
• Ensure integrity of purchase order and item master data.
• PMD programming and data analysis to identify trends and recommendations.
• Arrange part number creation to facilitate orders.
