What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and implement tactical corporate and operational plans for NERC/ISO compliance management
2. Act as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NERC and FERC specific compliance
3. Lead incident/accident investigations and root cause analysis
4. Create internal controls to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
5. Represent the company's interests with major compliance and regulatory bodies

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC/FERC/ISO compliance for renewable energy electric transmission systems
2. Experience with utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage projects
3. Strong track record in developing compliance programs and resolving compliance issues
4. Knowledge of current ISO/RTO standards and guidelines
5. Familiarity with national energy power markets
