What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and implement tactical corporate and operational plans for NERC/ISO compliance management
  2. Act as the company's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in NERC and FERC compliance
  3. Lead incident/accident investigations and devise non-compliance resolutions
  4. Create internal controls to assess the effectiveness of compliance initiatives
  5. Represent the company's interests with compliance and regulatory bodies

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 5-10+ years of corporate compliance and operational NERC/FERC/ISO compliance experience in renewable energy electric transmission systems
  2. Experience with utility-scale solar, wind, battery storage, or energy storage projects
  3. Strong track record developing compliance programs and resolving compliance breakdowns
  4. Knowledge of current ISO/RTO standards, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines
  5. Familiarity with national energy power markets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. ERCOT experience
  2. Previous titles such as Regulatory Manager, Compliance Manager, or NERC Compliance Lead
