Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for nephrology to manage patient needs via inbound and outbound calls, triage, education, and coordination of glucose monitoring, testing, and referrals. This is a full-time role with 40 hours weekly.

The position requires IL RN licensure and CPR certification; BSN preferred. Candidates should handle high-stress periods, stand/walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible hours and occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Triage, educate, and coordinate patient care via phone triage and clinical assessment.
• Manage patient needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention; references to glucose monitoring and referrals.
