Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN-led telephone triage, assess caller needs, and educate patients.
• Manage glucose monitor placement and related testing.
• Handle insurance pre-authorizations and referrals; maintain exam rooms.
