Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) - Nephrology in Elmhurst, IL. The role involves patient care via inbound/outbound calls, triage, education, and glucose monitor placement to address acute and preventive needs.

You will coordinate insurance pre-authorizations and referrals, maintain exam rooms, and may travel to other locations with flexible hours to meet operations.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Triage RN conducts phone triage, patient education, glucose monitor placement, insurance pre-authorization, referrals, and maintains exam rooms.
