Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) in Nephrology for a full-time role at our Elmhurst location. The RN will handle inbound/outbound phone triage, educate patients, and manage glucose monitor placement while coordinating insurance pre-authorization and referrals.

The position requires travel to other locations and flexible hours to meet operations. Minimum Illinois RN licensure and AHA CPR certification are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.

Responsabilités

• Phone triage, patient education and continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals, clean and stock exam rooms.
