Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Research Assistant in Nephrology to support clinical research activities, including participant recruitment, scheduling, questionnaire administration, data management, and regulatory tasks.

This 40-hour-per-week, on-site role in Boston, MA requires a Bachelor’s degree with preference for science, strong communication, and teamwork to support research operations and manuscript preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required at hire.
• Prior experience in clinical research preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen clinical research candidates, communicate with participants.
• Complete informed consent and enroll participants in protocols.
• Collect, document, and submit study data and samples.
• Collaborate with Research Program Manager and staff on daily operations.
• Schedule 40 hours per week, in-person, with clinic-driven visits.
